ATLANTA (Aug. 28, 2018) – ASHRAE has announced the recipients of 34 Society scholarships, totaling $169,000 for the 2018–19 academic year.
“This year’s scholarship recipients have demonstrated great passion and ingenuity in their desire to lead the next generation of buildings professionals,” says Jeff Gatlin, chair of the ASHRAE Scholarship Trustees. “I am proud of what the ASHRAE Scholarship Program has been able to accomplish.”

Over the course of 30 years ASHRAE has awarded over $2 million to over 430 students. Applications are now being accepted for the 2019–20 undergraduate engineering, technology, regional/chapter, and university-specific scholarships. The deadline is Nov. 15, 2018.
